R E F U N D S  + R E T U R N S 
○ AURA+EYE accepts returns on items within 7 days providing they are not worn or used and sent back safely with a sealed jewellery box or pouch provided. You will be refunded with store credit for the item cost only not the postage.

○ I do not cover postage for returns, the customer will have to pay postage. If there is damage to your item after you have worn the item, I cannot refund or return.

○ No returns or refunds for custom orders as these are bespoke pieces

○ No returns on earrings due to hygiene
